How to Return an Item
Contact Us
Email our team with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
Pack Your Item
Repack the item unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Ship It Back
Use the prepaid label we send you, or your preferred courier for international orders.
Get Refunded
Once received and inspected, your refund is issued within 3–5 business days.
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Modest-wear items that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be accepted.
Sale items, swimwear, and prayer accessories marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred size or colour is unavailable, we'll issue a full refund instead.
